Aid Station Contest It’s a tradition! Each year we have seven local non-profit organizations that are chosen to compete for the “best” aid station - as determined by the runners. Not only do the aid stations provide water to the runners but they also provide a theme to their station by way of costume, music, props and other creative ideas! At the end of the half marathon, the runners vote on their favorite aid station. All aid stations go home winners - but the $$ are larger for the top three favorites – 1st place $250, 2nd place $200, 3rd place 150, all others receive $100!
